1. Take Leader Training 1 as a small group. The next church-wide campaign is coming in January so get your group ready by going together. You can even do it online. You'll learn the Saddleback model of small groups, studied by churches around the world. You'll also get invaluable tips on how to make new people feel welcome, how to facilitate a life-changing discussion, how to encourage everyone to grow, how to share the responsibility for the group among everyone in the group, and even more. Click here to check dates or signup.
2. Try "Talk It Over" as your study guide for one week. It's a great change of pace and a winning way to get deeper in the message from the weekend. Just click here and pick from any of the recent weekend messages.
3. Invite a guest speaker like Horace Willard to come to your group. Horace will share some easy ways to share your love of Jesus with your friends that don't know Him. Call him at 949.713.6332 and schedule him to visit your small group at your next meeting.
4. Throw a small group party and invite new people to visit. Just turn one of your regular meeting nights into a party, make a list of friends, neighbors, co-workers and family that you'd like in your group - then invite them. It's fun for your group and a great way to add new people.
